Service Description
Managing a modern fleet requires more than just drivers and trucks; it requires real-time data and transparent coordination. Our Fleet Management Support service leverages TEXA’s Fleet Manager Portal, a cloud-based hub where managers can monitor every truck equipped with eTRUCK. Key features include: * Fleet health dashboards: See which trucks are approaching service, already showing faults, or requiring urgent intervention. * Remote tachograph downloads: Comply with regulations by retrieving driver data and hours of service records without manual collection. * Trip Data Recorder access: Analyse vehicle use patterns, fuel consumption, and idle times to improve efficiency. * Driving style analytics: Identify drivers who accelerate harshly, brake late, or waste fuel, and coach them into safer, more economical habits. The Fleet Portal syncs directly with our Workshop Portal, so maintenance schedules are shared. This means less back-and-forth and more efficient planning. Fleet managers receive early alerts about upcoming service needs, expiry of inspections, or anomalies in emissions systems. Combined with Daimler’s FleetBoard® philosophy, our support bridges OEM-level precision with independent flexibility. You can manage costs, reduce downtime, and ensure regulatory compliance, all from a single digital control tower.


Cancellation Policy
THE TRUCK COMPANY (TTC) — Booking Policy Performance Engineering for German Trucks • www.thetruck.co.in • +91 91759 18911 Scope Book routine service, diagnostics, ECU coding/firmware, repairs, inspections and breakdown triage for European trucks. How to book Online, phone, WhatsApp. Share VIN, model, fault messages and preferred slot. Confirmation in writing by TTC. Deposits Diagnostics: ₹2,000 (credited). Major jobs or special-order parts: 10% of estimate or ₹10,000, whichever is higher. Software/coding requires pre-authorization and a task deposit. Cancellations & rescheduling ≥24 hours: free change; deposit moves to a new slot within 60 days. <24 hours or no-show (>30 min late): deposit may be forfeited; re-booking required. Check-in Bring RC copy, keys, wheel-lock key and AdBlue where relevant. Remove valuables; TTC is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Diagnostics vs repair authorization Diagnostics is billable. We share findings and a written estimate; work starts only after your SMS/Email/PO approval. If you approve related repairs within 7 days, up to 100% of the diagnostic fee is credited, based on job size. You consent to road/stationary tests for diagnosis and validation. Parts We recommend OEM or OEM-quality parts. Special-order electronics/ECUs are prepaid and non-returnable once ordered or flashed. Software & coding Performed with licensed TEXA/OEM PassThru tools under stable power. Configuration changes are done only on your authorization; regulatory compliance remains your responsibility. Warranty & exclusions Labour warranty: 90 days on workmanship for the same concern. Parts: per manufacturer. Exclusions include wear items, fluids, abuse, overheating, contamination, non-OEM tunes, customer-supplied parts, and faults not present during testing. Data & privacy TTC stores diagnostic logs to maintain service history and safety. Payment Due on delivery unless a written credit line exists. Accepted: UPI, cards, bank transfer, cash per law. Collection & towing On completion, we notify you. Storage of ₹500/day applies after 48 hours. Tow-in/out can be arranged at customer cost; third-party timelines are outside TTC control. Third-party approvals & force majeure Insurer/fleet jobs need prior written authorization/PO. Schedules/estimates may change due to technical findings, parts availability, or events beyond control; we will inform you. By booking with TTC, you acknowledge this policy. Hours: Mon–Sat 9:00–18:30 IST.
